Abstract: The article, status of China’s Edible Mushroom and foreign trade of edible mushroom was introduced, analysis on the question of the quality and safety of Edible Mushroom. In the end, some suggestion of evading the bulwark of technical commerce, to improve the quality and safety of Edible Mushroom products.
