Abstract:

A mixture consisting of cellulose-decomposing fungi Y11-4 and X2, lignin-degrading fungus L3 and yeast J6 was obtained by strain combination according to the stalk-degrading efficiency. With maize stalk as sole carbon source, the five kinds of domesticated strains from forest soil, cornfield soil, bamboo soil, rotten cornstalk and garden soil were found by the techniques of limited cultivation and using pH as a criterion of stability. And a complex of domesticated strains from forest soil, bamboo soil and rotten corn stalk was prepared based on the straw-degrading efficiency. The straw-degrading efficiency of the complex was up to 38.3%. A efficient straw-degrading composite microbial system was constructed by mixing domesticated strains from forest soil, bamboo soil and rotten corn stalk with Y11-4+X2+L3+J6 and continuous limited subculture. And its straw degradation efficiency was up to 45.7% in 14 days
