Using mathematical statistical analysis methods and combing with expert interview and experiences of writers, the paper systematically analyze the influence of the financial crisis on development of China’s apiculture industry form the view of production, trade and enterprise development. The result showed that the overall export of bee products was good, while the export of royal jelly preparation plummeted. Chinese honey was almost out of the U.S. market. The impact of financial crisis on beekeepers was very large, especially for commercial beekeepers, and discouraged production; and then the impact on domestic trade-based companies was higher than domestic foreign trade-based companies since financial crisis.
