  Identification and Screening of Rice Quality Characteristics of Introgression Lines Carrying African Rice Genes 2019, 35 (31):  1-10.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18080056 Abstract + ( 704 )   PDF ( 2129KB )   ( 93 ) It is becoming an important goal to improve the rice quality characteristic in the modern rice breeding work. Exploring of the quality potential for the newly bred African rice introgression lines would be an important foundation for their further utilization in the breeding of new rice cultivars with good quality. In this study, 12 rice quality characteristics of 50 African rice introgression lines were investigated, and the integrate quality performance of the tested materials were further assessed and screened with correlation analysis, clustering, and typical discriminant analysis methods. Our results showed that all introgression lines performed high brown rice rate (≥74.19%), high milled rice rate (≥67.83%), high length-width ratio (≥2.79), and low moisture content(≤13.03%); appropriate rice amylose content (17.00-22.00%) were observed for most (26/50) of the introgression lines according to the national standard of good quality in milled rice. The Fifty introgression lines were clustered to 5 groups based on DIST distances calculating with 12 rice quality characteristics, in which group I performed optimal rice quality characteristics. The typical discriminant analysis revealed distinct grouping results which is identical with that of clustering method. Two typical discriminant functions were obtained, and can explain 89.5% and 7.2% of phenotypic variation in all the 12 characteristics, respectively. The appearance quality including chalky rice rate and length-width ratio were highlighted in the two functions, which could be the key traits to be improved in the further study. The newly selected 50 introgression lines of African cultivated rice have good advantages on further research and application potential in terms of brown rice rate, milled rice rate, length-width ratio and amylose content; the chalky grain rate and aspect ratio can be the important indicators for rice quality improvement using introgression lines of African cultivated rice. Our results will provide a basis for the breeding of new rice varieties with high yield and excellent quality.

  Soybean Variety‘Henong75’for Oil: Parental Pedigree and Analysis and Application of Variety Characteristics 2019, 35 (31):  11-15.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb20190600301 Abstract + ( 812 )   PDF ( 1180KB )   ( 93 ) In order to know the characteristic of soybean variety HeNong75, we analyzed the variety parental pedigree and characteristic and got the blood relationship and genetic basis, which provide theoretical foundation for conversion application. In order to accelerate the transformation and application, we analyzed the variety characteristic and production application and cleared the advantage and application potential. The results showed that the variety was high oil content, high yield, resistance to multiple diseases and wide adaptability. At present, this variety was applied to production and seed marketing, oil processing, breeding and green food production and so on. This variety had created more socioeconomic and zoology benefit and promoted the development of soybean and related industry production. So the results of this article was instructive and meaningful to high oil soybean variety breeding and production.

  Effects of Light-temperature Coupling on Growth and Development of Plants：Research Progress 2019, 35 (31):  16-20.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18060071 Abstract + ( 836 )   PDF ( 970KB )   ( 910 ) SThe light and temperature conditions are the main environmental factors limiting the growth and development of greenhouse crops during the anti season cultivation. Recent studies showed that there is considerable interaction between light and temperature signals on molecular level, and it has demonstrated that illumination and temperature have a complex coupling effect on the regulation of seed germination, plant morphogenesis, flowering, and the enhancement of tolerance. In recent years, people gradually realized that precisely controlling the light and temperature condition is one of the feasible methods to improve the productivity of the plant effectively and save the energy consumption of facilities. This study is to explore the mechanism of how to influence the growth process of greenhouse crops under the condition of light and temperature coupling, so as to obtain the most suitable parameters of the external growth environment in order to control crop development accurately, and to improve the yield and quality of facility crops.

  Review on Chemical Root-control Technology of Woody Plants 2019, 35 (31):  21-25.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050161 Abstract + ( 541 )   PDF ( 955KB )   ( 1259 ) To evaluate the functions of chemical root-control technology in container seedlings, we reviewed the research progress, theories, techniques and methods of chemical root-control. The main purpose of the root-control technology is to prevent the deformity of the root system of the seedlings planted in containers. Chemical root-control agents can prevent roots from twining and hyperplasia, promote uptake of water and nutrients, and therefore increase the survival rates of the seedlings and promote the growth during later stages. At present, copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) reagents are widely used, as well as trifluralin, ethylene phosphorus and growth regulators. Chemical root-control technology is mainly applied to container breeding of woody plants because woody plants have strong taproots. Chemical root-control is one of the important technologies to effectively control root development and is essential for improving the quality of seedlings of woody plants.

  3 Ornamental Bamboos Introduced in Changsha: Adaptability Research 2019, 35 (31):  26-32.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18070075 Abstract + ( 614 )   PDF ( 1310KB )   ( 111 ) This paper aims to study the introduction adaptability of three ornamental bamboos (B. ventricosa f. kimmei 、Pleioblastus kongosanensis.fau-reostriatus and Sasaella glabra(Nakai)Nakai ex Koidz.) in changsha area. the diurnal variation of photosynthesis were measured in different months for one year . The results showed that: The light value of net photosynthetic rate of three ornamental bamboos was significantly different from month to month(P<0.01). In July, the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate in Pn value of 3 ornamental bamboo species was double-peak type and the light value of net photosynthetic rate was the highest. July is an important period for the growth of three ornamental bamboos.The diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn) of 3 ornamental bamboo ware a one-peak curve in the other three months and the light value of net photosynthetic rate was the lowest in January . the photosynthesis of 3 ornamental bamboo in in January was inhibited.The growth status of the B.ventricosa f.kimmei is better than that of the other two ornamental bamboos.According to correlation analysis,the net photosynthetic rate was affected by stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate, photosynthetic effective radiation, air CO2 concentration, air temperature and atmospheric relative humidity. The main factors influencing net photosynthetic rate of different bamboo species in different months were obtained by multiple regression analysis. According to the results of the experiment: In changsha or similar environment areas,prefential introduction opportunities shouid be given to B.ventricosa f.kimmei. Once the growth of three ornamental bamboos was stressed in different months, they were raised scientifically.

  Molecular ID Establishment of Coriander 2019, 35 (31):  33-38.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18070040 Abstract + ( 445 )   PDF ( 1133KB )   ( 61 ) The paper aims to understand the genetic information of the introduced germplasm resources, promote efficient distinction and rational utilization. Population structure analysis and molecular ID construction of 96 coriander samples were studied using RAPD. 23 from 300 random primers showed high polymorphism, 34 polymorphic bands were detected, and the quantity of detected alleles of the 23 primers ranged from 2 to 10, at an average of 4.61. The difference of specialty indices among varieties was relatively large, which ranged from 69.964 to 208.694, at an average of 104.29. Based on the diversity analysis, the molecular identities of the 96 coriander varieties were constructed by 14 primers: S2025, S2007, S2020, S2029, S177, S183, S509, S169, S1260, S167, S45, S24, S43 and S29. They can differentiate the samples effectively.

  Effect of Varieties and Sowing Dates on Vernalization Cultivation of Vegetable Vicia faba 2019, 35 (31):  39-42.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18100037 Abstract + ( 442 )   PDF ( 1012KB )   ( 55 ) [Objective][Method]Three varieties(‘ZB-7’, ‘ZB-9’, ‘Ci Can No.1’) and three sowing date(Sept. 18, Sept. 23 and Oct. 3) were selected to study the effects of different varieties and sowing dates on the agronomic characters, yield and economic benefits of vegetable vicia faba, in order to pursue suitable varieties and sowing date of vernelization cultivation of vegetable vicia faba. [Result]The results showed that different vegetable vicia faba varieties had no significant effect on pod number per plant and total yield, but had significant effect on the proportion of 3 seeds pods and 3 seeds pods weight, and early yield. The number and weight of 3 seeds pods in ‘ZB-7’were significantly higher than those in the other two varieties, and the early yield of ‘ZB-7’and ‘ZB-9’were significantly higher than ‘Ci Can No.1’. Different sowing dates had no significant effect on the pods per plant, but had significant difference in the number and weight of 3 seeds pods, early yield and total yield. The number and weight of 3 seeds pods of vicia faba sowed on September 18 was significantly higher than that of sowed on October 3, and the early yield of vicia faba sowed on September 18 and September 23 was significantly higher than that of sowed on October 3. The total yield of vicia faba sowed on September 23 was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of sowed on October 3. ‘ZB-9’sowed on September 23 obtained the highest output per hm2, reaching 300，300.87 yuan, which was 146，400 .32 yuan , and 95.06 percent higher than that of ‘Ce Can No. 1’ sowed on October 3. The difference reached a significant level. [Conclusion] ‘ZB-9’is suitable for vernalization cultivation of vegetable vicia faba, and is better for sowing on September 23.

  Evaluation of the Farmland Productivity in Pearl River Delta Plain Based on GIS: A Case Study of Zhongshan, Guangdong 2019, 35 (31):  43-49.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18070096 Abstract + ( 443 )   PDF ( 1206KB )   ( 113 ) 【OBJECTIVE】The paper aims to find out the basic situation of the farmland productivity of Pearl River delta plain, the evaluation of the farmland productivity in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province was investigated.【METHOD】Geographic Information System technology(GIS), fuzzy mathematics method, Delphi method, addition-multiplication and the isometric method were employed for the evaluation.【RESULTS】The results showed that the farmland productivity in Zhongshan has generally increased. The area of high-yield farmland accounted for 42.17% of the total farmland area, and the area of middle-yield farmland accounted for 53.72%, while the area of low-yield farmland accounted for only 4.11%. There are obvious regional differences in cultivated land fertility level in different towns. Multiple cropping and double cropping fields were mainly high-yield fields, whilst one cropping fields were mainly middle-yield fields. The middle and low-yield fields mainly included irrigation-improved type, over sandy or sticky type, barren-fertility type and gley-paddy-field type, among which gley-paddy-field type has the largest area.【CONCLUSION】The evaluation results of farmland productivity accorded with the actual situation. It can not only reflect the basic situation of the farmland productivity in Zhongshan city and guide local agricultural production, but also provide a useful exploration for the evaluation of farmland productivity in pearl river delta plain, and help to improve the local farmland productivity.

  Chlorine Content Characteristics of Soil and Tobacco of Yunyan Brand in Yunnan Raw Material Base 2019, 35 (31):  50-55.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050048 Abstract + ( 537 )   PDF ( 1275KB )   ( 82 ) Taking 1130 soil samples and middle tobacco leaf samples from Yunyan brand Yunnan raw material base in 37 counties of 5 cities, we analyzed the chlorine content characteristics and carried out the zoning study. The results showed that the average chlorine content of middle tobacco leaves was 0.29%. The distribution frequency of chlorine content below 0.3% was as high as 71.33%, and the frequency of sample distribution in 0.3%-0.8% suitable range was only 22.75%. The average chlorine content of soil was 15.37 mg/kg. The highest frequency of sample distribution was <10.0 mg/kg range, accounted for 61.68%. The distribution frequency of 10.0-30.0 mg/kg samples in suitable range was only 28.23%. The highest content of water-soluble chlorine was at the altitude range of 1800-2000 m, and the lowest was <1600 m. The content of water soluble chlorine in the middle loam was the highest, and the content in light clay and medium clay was relatively low. Only 28.23% soil samples and 22.75% tobacco samples were in suitable range in Yunyan brand Yunnan raw material base. 61.68% the soil samples and 71.33% the tobacco samples had lower chlorine content than the suitable range.

  Farmland Soil Fertility in Qinba Area in 30 Years: Variation Characteristics and Fertilization Countermeasures 2019, 35 (31):  56-62.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050106 Abstract + ( 420 )   PDF ( 1024KB )   ( 83 ) The paper aims to find out the variation characteristics of soil fertility in Qinba area, and formulate the reasonable measures for fertilization management. We analyzed the soil nutrient test results of the soil testing and fertilization project during 2008-2012, and compared the soil nutrient data from the second soil survey during 1980-1982 to study the variation characteristics of soil fertility in the region in past 30 years. The results showed that: the average values of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were 20.1 g/kg, 1.16 g/kg, 108.9 mg/kg, 17.9 mg/kg and 113.7 mg/kg during 2008-2012, respectively, and compared with the average values from the second soil survey during 1980-1982, the soil organic matter, available nitrogen and available phosphorus increased by 18.2%, 46.5%, and 113.1%, respectively, and the total nitrogen increased slightly, available potassium decreased slightly. At present, the soil fertility level in Qinba area is high and the production potential is large. It is suggested that the traditional fertilization method should be changed; the application of nitrogen fertilizer should be based on the principle of precision; the application of phosphorus fertilizer should be changed into topdressing; returning straw to the field controls the input of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer; increase the application of potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer, all achieve a balanced increasing in regional soil fertility.

  The Relational Model Between Rice Quality and Climatic Factors in Southwest China and Its Application 2019, 35 (31):  63-71.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050129 Abstract + ( 500 )   PDF ( 1363KB )   ( 353 ) The aim is to provide a basis for studying spatial differentiation and interannual variability of rice quality. The data from geographical and periodical seeding experiments on different rice varieties were used to normalize the rice quality. The sliding variable-step analysis was used to search the key period for climate factors, such as average temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, sunshine duration and daily temperature range, affecting rice quality elements; and utilizing a stepwise regression analysis to establish a climatic-ecological comprehensive relation model of rice quality factors. The results showed that: (1) the key periods and key factors affecting rice quality were different along with different components of rice quality, some components were generally affected by the highest temperature, lowest temperature, average temperature, sunshine, and the daily temperature range, some components were only affected by a few factors, and the individual component was only affected by the daily temperature range; (2) most of the key periods being influenced were at the full heading-maturing stage, but there were also quite a few components that lasted from 25 days before the heading stage to the filling and fruiting stage, some of the influence patterns were parabolic, and others were straight; (3) the established climatic-ecological comprehensive model of each quality factor could be used to provide technical methods for evaluating the climate impacts among different years and different regions, and provide a scientific basis for higher quality rice production layout; (4) the assessment showed that the spatial distribution of rice protein in the Sichuan Basin increased from northeast to southeast during the past 20 years, the spatial distribution of milled rice rate was high in the west and low in the east.

  Winter Sunshine Hours in Loess Plateau: Effects on the Development Period of Winter Wheat 张洪芬 2019, 35 (31):  72-75.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18090044 Abstract + ( 466 )   PDF ( 1036KB )   ( 168 ) The paper aims to grasp the change law of winter wheat development period in Longdong area, and provides reference significance for phenological prediction of Loess Plateau. Based on the data of winter sunshine duration and winter wheat growth period from 1981 to 2017 in Qingyang agricultural test station, the change rule of winter sunshine duration and its influence on winter wheat growth period were studied.The results showed that the maximum value of sunshine duration in winter was 677.7h in 1999, 22% more than the usual value, and the minimum value was 426.7h in 1989, 23% less than the usual value.On the whole, the hours of sunshine in winter was less in 1980, more in 1990s, and from 2001 to 2017 is mostly less.There was a anti-correlation between winter sunshine hours and the developmental period of winter wheat in Qingyang. The most significant period of anti-correlation was the reviving, the correlation coefficient was -0.54, followed by the milk-ripe stage, the correlation coefficient was -0.44,and the third was the heading stage,the correlation coefficient was -0.42. The correlation coefficient between flowering and jointing stage was -0.4~-0.41.The most significant difference in the average development period of winter wheat between the year with the most and the least sunshine hours in winter was the erecting stage, the former was 7 days ahead of the latter.Next is the reviving, and milk-ripe stage, 6 days in advance, followed was the jointing period and mature period, 3~4 days in advance.

  Climate Suitability Evaluation of Peanut Planting in China 万书波 2019, 35 (31):  76-82.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050132 Abstract + ( 607 )   PDF ( 2513KB )   ( 627 ) The paper aims to develop the climate suitability evaluation of peanut, clarify the climate difference pattern of peanut plantation and climate suitability distribution areas of peanut in China. Based on the production characteristics of peanut and the suitability of climatic factors, we selected 6 climatic evaluation indicators including temperature, precipitation and sunshine characteristics, and evaluated climate suitability of peanut by using GIS and fuzzy mathematics, and the evaluation results were divided into the most appropriate, suitable, sub-appropriate and unsuitable 4 levels; and obtained the cultivated land rank of peanut climate suitability grades in China by using 1:1 million cultivated land vector data mask analysis. The results showed that: the cultivated land rank of peanut climate suitability grades in China was: the suitable area>the most suitable area>sub-suitable area>unsuitable area; the most suitable regions for peanut planting were mainly distributed in north China and Sichuan basin accounted for 40.78%; besides, the suitable regions for peanut planting were mainly distributed in eastern China and northeast China. This paper gets the climatic dominant areas of peanut planting in China and put forward the key development direction, which can provide basis for macro decision-making, such as the structure adjustment of planting and the layout and optimization of peanut industry

  Lycium barbarum L.: The Adaptability in Qaidam Alpine Area and the Relationships with Meteorological Factors 雒维萍,雷玉红, and 2019, 35 (31):  83-88.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050062 Abstract + ( 494 )   PDF ( 1138KB )   ( 239 ) Studying the adaptability of Lycium barbarum L. in alpine areas has an important economic and practical value to its popularization and application. We selected the 1300 m2 planting site of Lycium barbarum L. in Qaidam alpine area, based on 3 years’continuous observation of the development period, yield factors and yield structure of Lycium barbarum L., to study the adaptability of Lycium barbarum L. in alpine area in combination with local meteorological data. The results showed that: the development time of Lycium barbarum L. in Qaidam alpine area was 181 days with an average yield of 426.52 g/m2, and the yield structure was: old eye fruit＞summer fruit＞autumn fruit; Pearson correlation showed that the yield of Lycium barbarum L. had no significant correlation with meteorological factors (P>0.05), suggesting that the yield was mainly driven by irrigation. Therefore, Lycium barbarum L. has a good adaptability in Qaidam alpine area and the production needs reasonable management.

  Jujube in Zanhuang: Variation Analysis of Chilling Requirement and Boundary Temperature 2019, 35 (31):  89-94.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050096 Abstract + ( 477 )   PDF ( 1027KB )   ( 92 ) The paper aims to guide the planting of jujube trees in Zanhuang. Based on the meteorological data of the daily average temperature in Zanhuang from 1971 to 2017 and the hourly temperature data from 2004 to 2017, by using the trend analysis, Morlet wavelet, and Pearson coefficient and so on, we analyzed the variation rules of boundary temperature with chilling requirement of 7.2℃for jujube trees in Zanhuang. The results showed that: the initial day, the ending day and the duration days of the temperature rising steadily to 7.2℃ did not change significantly in Zanhuang; the average date for the initial day and the ending day was March 20, November 10, respectively; the average consecutive days was 131 days; there were some periodical changes in the initial day, the ending day and the duration days when the temperature decreased steadily to 7.2℃; and the initial day, the ending day and the duration days had a quasi-12-year, a quasi-14-year, a quasi-12-year change cycle, respectively; the average hours of chilling requirement with the temperature at 0-7.2℃ was 1181 h; the multi-year average date for the chilling requirement to 612℃ was January 19.

  Variation Characteristics of Climate Suitability of Mango Flowering Period in Changjiang 2019, 35 (31):  95-100.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18060125 Abstract + ( 573 )   PDF ( 1019KB )   ( 297 ) Aiming at the prevention of mango meteorological disasters, we established an evaluation index and model of climate suitability of mango flowering period in Changjiang Hainan. Using the correlation coefficient method, we clarified the weight to establish the climate suitability degree, and determined the climate suitability evaluation index according to its correlation with the mango meteorological yield. There was a significant correlation between meteorological yield index and climate suitability index. The low index of climate suitability of mango flowering period was mainly from December to early February next year. And the humidity suitability index could better reflect the bumper and poor harvest of mango unit yield. It is suggested that the flowering period of mango should be arranged in the middle of February and after. And the low temperature, overcast and rainy weather should be avoided, and the dry weather during flowering is more favorable to the high yield of mango.

  Facility Agriculture in Taiyuan: Design of Snow Disaster Index 马秀兰 2019, 35 (31):  101-106.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050119 Abstract + ( 405 )   PDF ( 944KB )   ( 88 ) The paper aims to design an index of snow damage in controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) simultaneously defined by snow pressure, snow depth, and snowfall, daily snowfall data in Taiyuan from 1980-2013 was used for a statistical analysis. Also,the snow cover of the greenhouse’s surface was chosen for a comparative observation with that of the ground on snow days, and the facility’s load was introduced and amended. Results indicated (1) linear correlations and seasonal differences were significant in the correlation between snowfall and snow depth, snow depth and snow pressure. (2) Comparative observation showed a variancein snow depth and snow pressure among different parts of the facility’s surface, with the top part taking the largest snow pressure, snow pressure ratio of the surface maximum to that ofground observations was approximately0.8,and the snow depth of the facility’s surface was less than or equal to that of the ground. (3) According to the facility’s load and the regression relations among snow pressure, snow depth and snowfall, the snow disaster index simultaneously defined by three factors: snow pressure, snow depth, and snowfallwas devised, and the standard for the three disaster levels: light, moderate and heavy was construed.

  Hydrochemical Characteristics and Their Influencing Factors in the Lower Reaches of Youhe River Basin 郜毓,崔国屹,王康振,曹志慧,方玉升,秦自程 and 吕海波 2019, 35 (31):  107-114.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18090133 Abstract + ( 512 )   PDF ( 1363KB )   ( 95 ) To study the characteristics of urban water quality and its influencing factors, monitor and management of urban landscape water, measured the main chemical ions in the lower reaches of the Youhe River Basin, analyzed the water chemistry and genesis in study area by Gibbs diagram and Piper diagram.The total ion concentration in the study section was wavy from the Youhe Reservoir. More Na+ and Ca2+ mainly from the karst and weathering products of soluble rocks were found. NH4+ and K+ coefficients of variation were larger, suggesting which were affected by human activities. Surface water in the rural sewage discharge area was supplied by groundwater with high conductivity(EC) and high Cl- mass concentration values, the total ion concentration in the area showed high value, suggesting serious water pollution. Positive correlation were found between Na+, SO42-, Cl-, NO2- that soluble sodium in urban sewage was the main source of pollution.Water quality control in the study area should pay more attention to the management and treatment of rural sewage, pay special attention to the problem of sodium and salt pollution caused by sewage.

  Research Progress of Competitive Advantage and Stress Tolerance of Weedy Rice 2019, 35 (31):  115-123.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050051 Abstract + ( 562 )   PDF ( 909KB )   ( 72 ) In order to control weedy rice effectively and make use of its stress-tolerance characteristics, the effect and competitive advantages of weedy rice on cultivated rice were analyzed, including field seedling emergence, tillering, growing environment, photosynthesis, material accumulation, nutrient absorption-utilization, yield formation and so on. Major stress tolerance characteristics of weedy rice which were formed along with the long-term adaptation to the ecological environment were summarized, such as deep seeding tolerance, low temperature tolerance, drought tolerance, saline-alkali tolerance, heavy metal tolerance and disease resistance. It showed important significance to excavate the genetic resources of superior characteristics in weedy rice for future applications of rice genetic modification. Moreover, It had referential significance to study the allelopathy of weedy rice for chemical synthesis of botanical herbicide.

  Rape Varieties: Identification of Field Resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum 范会云,,,,,, and 2019, 35 (31):  124-128.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18080032 Abstract + ( 579 )   PDF ( 935KB )   ( 220 ) To study the field resistance of different rape varieties to Sclerotinia. sclerotiorum in Jiangxi Province, 30 rape varieties from different province such as ‘Zhongyouza22’, ‘Ganyouza108’ and ‘Huayouza62’ were used as materials, the field nature resistance identifications were conducted in Nanchang, Yichun and Jiujiang City. These results showed that different rape varieties in the same area had different resistances, and the same rape variety also had different resistances in different areas. Combining the resistance performance in the three regions,‘Zhongyouza22’,‘Ganyouza108’,‘Fuyou668’,‘Zhongyou589’,‘Shengyuan77’and ‘Ganyouza1009’had higher and steadier nature resistances to Sclerotinia. sclerotiorum. The results can provide a basis for the application of resistant varieties and resistance breeding of rape to Sclerotinia. sclerotiorum in Jiangxi Province.

  The Baling Device of Rape Binder: Design and Experiment 2019, 35 (31):  129-133.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb19020077 Abstract + ( 459 )   PDF ( 1336KB )   ( 88 ) In order to harvest winter rape ahead of time and prepare the field for rice planting, a rape baling device, which was assembled on the left side of the cutting table of 4SY-2.2 horizontal rape swather, was designed. Thus the whole machine could complete the cutting and baling two processes and turned into a rape binder. The baling device was mainly composed of a frame, a gathering-compression mechanism, a rope sending mechanism, a knotter, a tying clutch and a pushing mechanism. According to the theoretical calculation of rope sending mechanism, gathering mechanism and unloading bales mechanism, the main parameters of the rape baling device were determined. Then a virtual prototype simulation research was conducted and the results showed that the movements of rope sending mechanism, knotter and unloading bales mechanism coordinate with each other well, and it took 8.95 seconds to complete a work cycle. The baling experiments were conducted by using the test machine and the results showed that the successfully baling rate of 95%, the average bale diameter of 382mm, the average weight per bale of 5.08kg (moisture content of rape material was 67.5%). This research provides a new method and supporting equipment for the sectionalized harvesting of rape.

  Soybean Climatic Quality Assessment: Technical Models 2019, 35 (31):  134-138.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb20190600315 Abstract + ( 430 )   PDF ( 1018KB )   ( 403 ) The research on the technical methods of soybean climate quality assessment is not only an inevitable requirement for the development of agricultural product climate quality certification services, but also a realistic requirement for planting structure adjustment in Heilongjiang Province. In this paper, the soybean growth period, yield, meteorological disasters, and meteorological data such as temperature, precipitation and sunshine in Huma County from 1981 to 2018 were used to study and determine the technical indicators for soybean climate quality evaluation, and an evaluation model was established. Six key impact factors for soybean climate quality assessment (annual≥10℃ accumulated temperature, flowering period low temperature, flowering period sunshine, flowering period precipitation, pod blast stage precipitation, initial frost) and grading indicators were determined. By comparing and analyzing the expert scoring method, correlation coefficient method and path coefficient method, the correlation coefficient method was used to determine the weight coefficient to establish the soybean climate quality evaluation model. The historical fitting accuracy rate reached 88%, indicating that the method has High practicality.

  Muscle Fatty Acid Composition of Paddy Field Carp Varieties: A Comparison 2019, 35 (31):  139-143.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18050166 Abstract + ( 690 )   PDF ( 998KB )   ( 195 ) To provide a basis for the optimal selection of rice field breeding varieties, we analyzed the fatty acid composition and contents in the muscle of 3 varieties of paddy field carps under the same breeding condition. The results showed that: the crude fat content of FFRC carp (FFRC Strain common Carp) muscle was significantly lower than that of Oujiang carp (Cypinus carpio Var.Color) and local carp (Cyprinus carpio) (P＜ 0.05); the fatty acid composition of FFRC carp, Oujiang carp and local carp were basically similar, which included 16 kinds of fatty acids in the muscle; the contents of linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmetoenoic acid and a- linolenic acid accounted for more than 92% of the total fatty acids; the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids reached (73.52±0.13)%, (75.67±0.07)% and (75.69±0.19)%, respectively; the relative content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and essential fatty acids in the muscle of FFRC carp was significantly higher than that of the local carp and Oujiang carp (P＜0.05), indicating that FFRC carp had better fatty acid nutrition and meat flavor than that of the other two varieties.

  The Climatic Suitability Zoning of Lobster Cultivation in Xuyi County 靳青春,王学林,倪玉红,寿江徽,张曼义 and 丁傲菊 2019, 35 (31):  144-152.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb18100023 Abstract + ( 655 )   PDF ( 1793KB )   ( 78 ) Using the acid rain data, meteorological data, soil type data and DEM data of Xuyi County, we selected summer high temperature days, acid rain, soil type, altitude as key factors influencing lobster growth and built the agro-climatic zoning model with analytic hierarchy process method. We adopted ArcGIS 10.0 to divide the climatic suitability zoning of lobster cultivation in Xuyi. The results show that the suitable areas mainly distribute in north Xuyi, and the relatively suitable areas mainly locate in hilly areas in the southeast, and the unsuitable areas locate in the low hilly area in the southwest. The study could provide references for planning layout of lobster farming in Xuyi County.

  Bibliometric-based Analysis of Research Progress in Science of Fishery Resources 2019, 35 (31):  153-164.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb20190600263 Abstract + ( 438 )   PDF ( 1232KB )   ( 91 ) The study aims to reveal the research progress of fishery resource science in China. We used the method of bibliometric analysis to review the documents selected from China Science Citation Index (CSCI) in 2011-2015 whose category number of Chinese classification (CLC number) were S931. The methods of descriptive statistics, author and organization cooperation network and weighted keyword concurrence networks were used to explore the hotspots and the recent frontiers of fishery resource science in China. The results showed that paper amount and citation frequency changed a little between years with a steady trend. Highly cited papers and weighted keyword concurrence networks reveal that the hot spots are enhancement and releasing, fishing condition forecasting, aquatic biodiversity, aquatic population structure and feeding ecology which is identical to the research fields of highly cited authors. The main cooperative network of authors is composed of Cheng Jiahua, Yuan Xingwei, Liu Zunlei, et al, with the research direction of aquatic population structure. The other is composed of Yang Shenglong and Fan Wei, et al, with the research direction of fishing condition forecasting. The main author co-citation network is composed of Yang Shenglong with the research direction of tuna fishing condition forecasting and artificial reef. The other is composed of Zhang Bo with the research direction of sea area community structure and feeding ecology. The main organization institutional cooperationco-citation network is the network composed of Shanghai Fishery University and Yellow Sea Fishery Sciences Institute as the core nodes. As for the Journals, the Top 10 Journals in this field published 35.8% papers of this field and shared 61.5% citation. Journal of Fishery Sciences of China, Journal of Fishery of China, South China Fisheries Science and Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology has high subject impact factors of fishery resources which published papers with identical themes.
