Abstract: New spring soybean variety Guichundou 1 was bred through sexual hybridization, the male parent was Guichun 1(Qinxizao soybean × Jisanxuansan), and the female parent was Gui 199(Lacheng soybean inbreeding). The mean yield of Guichundou 1 in the regional test was 2631.60kg/hm2，increasing by 15.13% as compare to the check variety Liudou 1. and mean yield in the production test was 2607.00kg/hm2, increasing by 14.46% as compare to the check variety Liudou 1.The protein content of this variety was 39.91%, and the oil content was 19.46%. This variety resisted to SC11 and SC13, and showed strong tolerance to acid-aluminum. It has been examined and certified by the National Crops Varieties Approval Committee in 2006.
