Abstract:

In order to explore the spatial distribution of land use planning on village-level under the background of urban and rural harmonious development, trend analysis and empirical analysis were used to analyze how economic and social developing trend and agricultural structural adjustment could affect the change of land-use. That is to say, the spatial distribution of rural land-use was optimized by the development of industrial structure. The results showed that spatial distribution of industrial structure was beneficial for structural adjustment and spatial distribution of land-use. It derived regional economic development and achieved intensive and rational land-use. Ultimately, reform thoughts should be put into the process of land-use planning. And the strategic position of spatial distribution of land-use guided by spatial industrial structure should be highlighted, too.
