蚂蚁蛋白提取及氨基酸营养液制备的研究

Studies on Extracting Ant Protein and Preparing the NutritiousLiquid of Amino Acid

摘要: 为研究用碱法提取蚂蚁蛋白及用单酶水解的方法提取蚂蚁蛋白,考察其最佳工艺条件。采用蚂蚁经干燥、脱脂后,用稀碱进行溶解,确定最佳溶解条件为:碱液浓度1.5%,浸泡温度80℃,固液比1∶20,蚂蚁蛋白提取率达18.82%。然后,用中性蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和胰酶分别进行酶解,确定胰蛋白酶为较适宜酶,最佳水解条件为:pH值8.0,酶量2.0%,反应温度40℃,固液比1∶7.5,反应时间5h,水解率达19.28%。结论为用单酶水解的方法提取蚂蚁蛋白提取率高。

Abstract: Abstract: The optimum technology conditions are determined by using the method of extracting ant protein by alkali and hydrolyzing ant protein by single protease. The degreased and dry ants are solubilized by diluent alkali. The optimum technical conditions of solubility are alkali consistence 1.5%, temperature 80℃ and solid—liquid tatio 1∶20, which extracting ratio is up to 18.82%. After hydrolyzed by neutral protease, trypsin and pancreatin, respectively, it shows that the result hydrolyzed by trypsin is better and the optimum hydrolysis conditions are pH 8.0 ,enzyme 2.0% and solid—liquld ratio 1: 7.5 at 40℃ for 5h, which hydrolysis ratio is up to 19.28%. It is concluded that the extracting ratio with single protease is higher.
