‘福龙两优863’生育后期衰老特性研究

Study on Leaf and Root Senescence of ‘Fulongliangyou863’ After Heading

摘要: 为了给两系杂交稻‘福龙两优863’的生产栽培和今后系列新型品种的选育提供理论依据和技术参考,开展了‘福龙两优863’生育后期的衰老特性研究。以‘福龙两优863’和‘两优培九’(CK)为材料,采用叶绿素计测定法、NBT法、硫代巴比妥酸法和脱脂棉吸附测定伤流量法,对其生育后期剑片中的叶绿素含量、SOD总活性、MDA含量以及根系的伤流量进行了分析。结果表明,随着叶片衰老进程,两品种均呈现出剑叶中的SOD总活性逐渐下降,丙二醛含量逐渐上升,而两者剑叶中的叶绿素含量和根系伤流量均在始穗后先上升达到一个峰值,而后呈下降趋势。进一步比较‘福龙两优863’和‘两优培九’剑叶和根系的衰老进程表明:在始穗20天以后,‘福龙两优863’的叶绿素含量、SOD总活性以及根系伤流量均始终显著高于对照‘两优培九’,而其MDA含量则自始穗后一直低于对照‘两优培九’。综合各指标分析,‘福龙两优863’的抗衰老性要显著强于对照‘两优培九’。

Abstract: In order to provide a theoretical basis and technical references for the cultivation of‘Fulongliangyou 863’and breeding technologies of the series of new type rice varieties, aging characteristics of‘Fulongliangyou 863’were studied at late growth stage in this paper. Chlorophyll content, the total SOD activity, MDA content and root bleeding sap of the flag leaf of‘Fulongliangyou863’and‘Liangyoupeijiu’(CK) after heading were analyzed by Meter method, NBT method, thiobarbituric acid method and absorbent cotton adsorption wound flow method. The results showed that: SOD activity gradually decreased and MDA content gradually increased after heading, while chlorophyll content and root exudate increased and reached a peak, then decreased,‘Fulongliangyou 863’and‘Liangyoupeijiu’showed the same results. Further comparison showed that: about 20 days after heading, chlorophyll content, the total SOD activity and root exudate of‘Fulongliangyou 863’were always significantly higher than that of‘Liangyoupeijiu’, while its content of MDA was always lower than that of‘Liangyoupeijiu’. The analysis of each index showed that‘Fulongliangyou 863’was significantly stronger than‘Liangyoupeijiu’.
