以牛粪、食用菌废料为主的辣椒育苗基质配方研究

Study on Substrates Formula for Pepper Seedling Mainly with Edible Fungus Scrap and Cattle Manure

摘要: 为筛选以牛粪、食用菌废料为主的辣椒育苗基质。以辣椒品种‘航椒5号’为试验材料,利用食用菌废料、牛粪及珍珠岩,按不同比例混合配成13种育苗基质配方,以草炭为主的山东寿光绿尔旺育苗基质为对照(CK),采用完全随机设计,重复3次,进行穴盘育苗试验。结果表明,处理T6[牛粪:蘑菇菌棒:珍珠岩=4:2:4(V/V)]、处理T10[牛粪:蘑菇菌棒:珍珠岩=3:5:2(V/V)]、处理T11[牛粪:蘑菇菌棒:珍珠岩=3:4:3(V/ V)]复合基质幼苗各项生长指标均显著高于对照。其中,处理T10株高、茎粗、全株鲜重、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地下部干重上表现最优,处理T6、处理T11次之;处理T6在叶绿素含量、壮苗指数、地上部干重、全株干重上表现最优,处理T10、处理T11次之,但对照(CK)的散坨率最低。综合各项指标,牛粪、食用菌废料可代替草炭配制育苗基质,处理T6和处理T10表现较优,可以作为张掖市辣椒育苗的基质配方。

Abstract: Pepper seedling substrate, mainly consisted of edible fungus scrap and cattle manure, was selected. In this study, with 13 kinds of seeding substrate formulas, in various proportions, mixed by edible fungus scrap, cattle manure and perlite, and with Lverwang seeding substrate (made in Shouguang, Shandong Province) mainly consisting of peat as control, the pepper variety,‘Hangjiao 5’was selected and complete random design was applied to carry out plug seedling. Consequently, it showed us that the seedling growth indexes treated by T6 [cattle manure: mushroom stick: perlite=4:2:4 (V/V)], T10 [cattle manure: mushroom stick: perlite= 3:5:2 (V/V)], T11 [cattle manure: mushroom stick: perlite=3:4:3 (V/V)], were significantly better than the control. Besides, among them, plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight of the whole pant, aerial part and underground part, as well as dry weight of underground part of seedlings treated by T10 had the best appearance, and those treated by T6, T11 both come second. In terms of cholorophyll content, seedling index, dry weight of aerial part and whole plant, T6 had the best appearance and both of T10, T11 came second, however, the control had the lowest powder lump rate. In conclusion, comprehensively, T6 and T10 displayed a relatively better effect, thus, which could be considered as the optimal substrate formula for pepper seedling in Zhangye.
