基于熵值法的淡水产品供应商选择研究

Supplier Selection of Limnetic Product Based on Entropy Method

摘要: 淡水产品的供应商选择涉及众多因素,是一个多标准的判定问题,为了选择出最优供应商,必须对多个存在冲突的因素进行权衡。针对淡水产品及淡水产品供应商选择的特性,遵循定量与定性相结合的原则,确定了评价淡水产品供应商选择依据的11个指标,采用熵值法建立出简单易行的淡水产品供应商选择模型,并结合实例细化指标计算出指标权重,寻找到最优供应商。实践证明:选择淡水产品供应商时,应比选择一般的供应商更关注产品质量及运输设备。使用模糊数学方法进行指标估计,将会使熵值法在淡水产品供应商选择中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: Limnetic products supplier selection is a multi-criteria decision problem which involves many factors. In order to choose the optimal supplier, it is necessary to weigh the multiple factors some of which may conflict. According to the characteristics of limnetic products and limnetic products’supplier selection, combining quantitative and qualitative evaluation, finally the author identified 11 indicators to evaluate the supplier of limnetic product. The author used entropy value method to establish the simple and flexible model of limnetic product’s supplier selection. Finally the author calculated the index weight to find the best supplier by an example. It was proved that: people should pay more attention to the quality and the transport equipment when people chose limnetic products supplier. And using fuzzy mathematics method to estimate indicators would make the entropy value method play a more important role in supplier selection of limnetic product.
