基于改进PSR模型的西北干旱区土地利用系统健康评价——以玉门市为例

Health Assessment on Land Use System of the Arid Area of Northwest Based on Improved PSR Model: A Case Study of Yumen City

摘要: 在借鉴国内PSR概念模型的基础上,结合西北干旱生态脆弱区的特点及实际情况,建立了基于改进PSR模型的土地利用系统健康评价体系,采用2001—2010年的相关数据,运用熵值法、线性加权法及障碍因素诊断法等定量研究方法对玉门市土地利用系统健康进行了评价。结果表明:(1)结合西北干旱生态脆弱区的特点及实际情况,建立的基于改进PSR模型的西北干旱区土地利用系统健康评价体系和评价结果与研究区实际情况相吻合。(2)2001—2010年玉门市土地利用系统健康的综合指数由0.2510上升到0.7027,健康水平不断提高,等级由“不健康”逐步转变为“亚健康状态”。(3)阻碍土地利用系统健康状况改善的障碍因素主要集中在系统响应和系统状态方面,主要因子包括建设用地比例、环境污染治理投资增长率、人均建设用地、土地违法案件处理率、农民人均纯收入等。(4)提高土地利用系统健康水平,必须依据土地利用系统健康的评价结果,坚持科学发展观,调整产业结构,进一步转变经济发展方式。

Abstract: On the basis of the concept of domestic PSR model, combining the features of the arid area of northwest land-use and actual situation, the authors established the land-use system health evaluation systems based on improved PSR model with the data from 2001 to 2010. Quantitative research methods, such as entropy, linear weighting method and obstacles diagnostics etc., were used to evaluate the health of Yumen land-use systems. The results showed that: (1) combined with the features of the arid area of northwest land-use and actual situation, the improved PSR model, arid land use system health evaluation system and the evaluation results were coincide with the actual situation of the study area; (2) the Yumen land use system health level was continuously improved from 2001 to 2010, its composite index rose from 0.2510 to 0.7027, health level was gradually upgraded from‘unhealthy’to‘sub-health state’; (3) barriers to healthy land use systems focused on aspects of the system response and the system state, major factors included the proportion of construction land, environmental pollution control investment growth rate, per capita construction land, handling rate of illegal land use cases, per capita net income of farmers and so on; (4) to improve the system of land-use health standards, it must be based on the results of the evaluation of the land use system health, adhered to the scientific concept of development, adjusted to the industrial restructuring and further transform the economic development way.
