水杨酸对毛枝五针松壮苗的形成及生理指标的影响

Effect of Salicylic Acid on High Quality Seedling Forming and Physiological Index of Pinus wangii

摘要: 为了克服毛枝五针松幼苗发育不良,根系细弱不发达,死亡率高等问题,采用营养袋育苗试验,用不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)溶液(0、0.25、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 g/L)喷洒毛枝五针松幼苗,研究不同浓度的SA溶液对毛枝五针松壮苗及生理指标的影响,筛选出最佳的SA溶液浓度。结果表明:SA溶液可显著改善毛枝五针松幼苗的生长状况,能够扩大植株根系体积,提高根系活力,增强毛枝五针松幼苗的抗逆性,有助于壮苗的形成。在不同SA处理中,以喷施1 g/L浓度时,形成的壮苗效果最好,比对照高295.18%,且抗逆性最高。建议育苗时对毛枝五针松幼苗进行SA处理,最适质量浓度为1g/L

Abstract: In order to solve the problems that Pinus wangii seedlings have poor growth, poorly developed roots, and very higher mortality rate, seedlings planted in nutritional bags were used to study the effects of salicylic acid (SA) on its high quality seedling forming and physiological indexes. In our study, six different concentrations of SA solutions (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 g/L) were sprayed on P. wangii seedlings to screen the best concentration of SA solution in favor of P. wangii. The results showed that SA solution could significantly improve the growth of P. wangii seedlings through increasing the root volume and stimulating the root activities, and enhancing stress resistance. Therefore, SA solution could facilitate the formation of high quality P. wangii seedlings. Furthermore, seedlings demonstrated the highest quality and the strongest stress resistance when SA concentration is 1 g/L, which was 295.18% higher than that of the control.
