摘要: 中国农业机械化要在2020 年总体进入高级阶段,丘陵山区机械化必须取得质的突破。要针对当 前丘陵山区农机化发展中存在的基础设施不配套、思想认识不到位、机具供应不充分、体制机制不完善 等问题,对症下药,因地制宜,政府部门、主管单位、农机合作组织、科研院所和农机企业同向使劲,通过改造基础设施、增强科技创新、完善组织机制、优化产业结构等切实可行的措施,形成强大合力,努力推进丘陵山区农机化快速、持续、健康发展。

Abstract: Agricultural mechanization in China will develop into a higher stage by 2020. To achieve the aim, mechanization in hilly area should have a substantial progress. At present, there are some problems in agricultural mechanization in hilly area, including disadvantageous infrastructure, inadequate attention, insufficient supplement, immature policies and so on. To deal with these problems, government departments, authoritative units, agricultural machine cooperative organizations, scientific research institutions and agricultural machine companies should work together and adopt a series of practical approaches, including upgrading infrastructure, strengthening technical innovation, improving organization system, optimizing industry structure and so on. Different local conditions should be taken into account and the above countermeasures should be applied to realize a rapid, sustainable and healthy development of agricultural mechanization in hilly area
