脱硫石膏对乔木树种抗盐生理特性影响的研究

Desulphurization Gypsum: the Effect on Physiological Characters of Salt Resistance of Tree Species

摘要: 为了研究脱硫石膏提供的外源钙化合物对乔木树种耐盐性生理影响,本试验利用新疆阜康电厂脱硫石膏,研究外源钙化合物对4个树种(长枝榆、白榆、大叶白蜡、紫穗槐)的耐盐性、植物生理特性的影响。结果表明:施用脱硫石膏后,加快了林木生长,提高了林木的存活率、耐盐指数;增加了叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、脯氨酸的含量和K 离子的吸收能力,但是却降低Na 离子的吸收。因此推测,外源钙化合物通过影响植物叶绿素和脯氨酸含量、调节植物体内K /Na 的平衡,增加植物的抗盐性。

Abstract: Ulmus elongata, Ulmus pumila, Fraxinus americana, Amorpha fruticosa Linn. Were uesed to study the effect of exogenous calcium from desulphurization Gypsum on Physiological characters of salt resistance in four tree species. The results showed that: Application of desulfurized gypsum could promote the growth of four tree species, increase the survival rate and the salt resistance index. The content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and proline were increased and the uptake of K was significantly promoted by desulfurized gypsum, while the uptake of Na was inhibited by desulfurized gyspsum.. We concluded that the content of chlorophyll and proline were affected by exogenous calcium, and the balance of K /Na was adjusted and improved the physiological chasracters of salt resistance.
