苹果轮纹病菌对3类杀菌剂的敏感性及相关性分析

The Sensitivity of Botryosphaeria dothidea to Three Fungicides and Correlation Analysis

摘要: 为明确河南省苹果轮纹病菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea)对甲基硫菌灵、戊唑醇和吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性,为苹果轮纹病的防治提供理论依据。用菌丝生长速率法测定了河南省60株苹果轮纹病菌对这3种杀菌剂的敏感性。结果表明,苹果轮纹病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性最高,EC50平均值是(1.0551±0.7765)mg/L;甲基硫菌灵次之,EC50平均值是(2.7031±0.9366)mg/L;吡唑醚菌酯最低,EC50平均值是(19.5117±11.8225)mg/L。对EC50值进行相关性分析,可知苹果轮纹病菌对甲基硫菌灵、戊唑醇和吡唑醚菌酯相互之间不存在交互抗性。

Abstract: The sensitivities of the Botryosphaeria dothidea strains in Henan Province were detected to thiophanate-methyl, tebuconazole and pyraclostrobin in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective control of apple ring rot. A total of the sensitivities of 60 B. dothidea strains were isolated from Henan Province, and the mycelium growth rate method was used to detect their sensitivities to the three fungicides. The results showed that tebuconazole had the highest sensitivity, followed by thiophanate-methyl, pyraclostrobin had the lowest sensitivity,with the means values of the 50% effective concentration values (EC50) (1.0551±0.7765) mg/L, (2.7031±0.9366) mg/L and (19.5117±11.8225) mg/L, respectively. Correlation analysis of EC50 values showed that there was no cross resistance among thiophanate-methyl, ebuconazole and pyraclostrobin.
