干旱胁迫对不同小麦品种花后旗叶光合特性及产量的影响

Drought Stress: Effects on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Flag Leaf and Yield of Wheat Varieties

摘要: 我国小麦主产区在花后常常频发干旱,对小麦产量下降和品质产生很大影响。[目的]为筛选适于山东省旱作区栽培的优良小麦品种,在大田雨养条件下,[方法]研究了干旱胁迫对5个小麦主栽品种花后旗叶叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度及产量变化的影响。[结果]结果表明:干旱胁迫使小麦旗叶叶绿素含量降低,济麦22和临麦6叶绿素含量相对较高。干旱胁迫使小麦旗叶光合速率降低,济麦22降低较多,青麦6降低较少。干旱胁迫下鲁麦13、青麦6能在较高的蒸腾速率下保持较高的光合速率。[结论]综合考虑,水分充足条件下济麦22适合本地区推广栽种,在干旱条件下鲁麦13和青麦6产量较稳定。

Abstract: To screen fine wheat varieties suitable for cultivation in dry farming area of Shandong Province, under the condition of rain cultivation in field,‘Jimai 5265’,‘Lumai 13’,‘Jimai 22’,‘Linmai 6’,‘Qingmai 6’were used as materials. The SPAD value, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and other related indexes of wheat flag leaf as well as yield were detected by the chlorophyll meter and photosynthetic apparatus. The results showed that drought stress reduced the SPAD value of flag leaf of wheat. The SPAD value of‘Jimai 22’and ‘Linmai 6’was relatively high, which indicated that the chlorophyll content was high, and flag leaf had strong ability to produce photosynthate and strong drought resistance. Drought stress reduced the photosynthetic rate of flag leaf of wheat; the photosynthetic rate of‘Jimai 22’decreased more, while that of‘Qingmai 6’reduced less.‘Qingmai 6’had more drought resistance than‘Jimai 22’. Under drought stress,‘Lumai 13’and ‘Qingmai 6’could maintain high photosynthetic rate under high transpiration rate. Taken together, under the condition of adequate water,‘Jimai 5265’and‘Jimai 22’are suitable for popularizing in this area, under drought condition, the yield of‘Lumai 13’and‘Qingmai 6’is relatively stable.
