摘要:

为进一步提高野生中药材农药残留分析测定的准确性和数据可靠性,文章叙述了3种名贵野生中药材农药残留样品采集和制备的方法,并对相关样品前处理技术进行总结归纳,包括冬虫夏草萃取技术、林下山参切片/粉碎技术及灵芝孢子破壁技术等。样品采集与制备作为农药残留分析中样品前处理的首要环节,对样品的处理以及分析测定结果均有影响。因此,科学合理的制样方法对于中药材质量及药效等具有重要意义。

Abstract:

To further promote the accuracy and data reliability of pesticide residue analysis and determination of wild Chinese medicinal materials, this paper described the methods for collecting and preparing samples with pesticide residual from three rare wild Chinese medicinal materials, and summarized related pretreatment techniques, including extracting technique of Cordyceps sinensis, slicing and crushing of Panax ginseng, and spore wall breaking of Ganoderma lucidum. Sample collection and preparation, which are the first step of sample pretreatment in pesticide residue analysis, have impacts on the handling of samples as well as the analytical and determination results. Therefore, a scientific and reasonable sample preparation method is of great significance for the quality and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
