Abstract:

The paper aims to explore the distribution of total flavonoids in macrofungi resources in the Zuojiang River Basin. Eight kinds of macrofungi were used as experimental materials, including Pyropolyporus fomentarius, Trametes gibbosa, Phellinus vaninii, Antrodia variifoormis, Fomitopsis officinalis, Inonotus lonicericola, Coriolopsis strumsa, and Trichaptum pargamenum. Total flavonoids were extracted from the above macrofungi by ultrasonic method, and the contents of total flavonoids were determined by sodium nitrite method. The results showed that the linear relationship between the concentration of rutin standard and the absorbance value was good at 510 nm, and the linear correlation coefficient was R2=0.9861. The eight macrofungi all contained flavonoids, and Phellinus vaninii had the highest content of flavonoids of 39.740 mg/g, while Trichaptum pargamenum had the lowest content of 5.532 mg/g.
