Abstract:

This paper presents a preliminary study to clarify the moth community under lights in soybean fields in Jingyue area of Changchun City. Daily light trap monitoring was carried out by Jiaduo insect detection lamps, diversity measure method was used to analyze the number of species, relative abundance, Shannon-Wiener’s index, Margalef’s index, Simpon’s index and Pielou’s index of the moth community. A total of 10208 specimens were collected in this area, including 14 families and 110 species. The dominant families were the Noctuidae and Crambidae moth, and the dominant species were Ostrinia furnacalis, Xestia (Megasema) c-nigrum, Mythimna separata, etc. The degree of similarity of the moths varied considerably between months. The season of occurrence of the pests was mainly from June to August. According to the dynamic variation of moth diversity under light-trap over time, the Simpon’s index and Pielou’s index followed the same trend over time. According to the occurrence dynamics of the dominant species of pests in this area, we can accurately predict and control the dominant pest species at appropriate time. This study provides evidence for integrated pest management of agricultural pests and guidelines for production practices.
