蔗糖产业科技创新现状及热点技术分析——基于全球专利视角

Current Situation of Sucrose Industry Innovation and Hot Spot Technology: From a Global Patent Perspective

摘要:

通过Innography专利平台数据库中相关专利的检索,利用专利计量学方法,从专利申请国家及数量、申请机构及技术差异、研发热点等方面对甘蔗技术领域国际发展态势进行分析。结果表明,2000—2020年甘蔗技术专利呈现缓慢增长、快速增长和回落3个阶段,中国、美国、巴西专利累计申请量最多,是主要技术输出国,是全球最受重视的技术市场。科迪华、拜耳、先正达等大型跨国公司不仅是全球主要的专利申请主体,在中国的专利申请也较为活跃,其在甘蔗分子育种、无性繁殖、生化防控等领域申请了大量基础专利,基本实现了在全球的技术保护。国内相关专利申请主体为科研机构和高校,专利类型方向侧重于甘蔗种植、生产、加工等新型实用技术的研发。

Abstract:

The international development trend of sugarcane technology was analyzed from the aspects of countries and number of patent applications, application institutions and technical differences, research and development hotspots, etc. The results showed that sugarcane technology patents presented three stages of slow growth, rapid growth and decline from 2000 to 2020. The most valued technology markets and major technology exporters in the world were China, the United States and Brazil, which had the largest accumulative patent applications. Large multinational companies such as Codihua, Bayer and Syngenta were not only the main patent applicants in the world, but also active in patent applications in China. They had applied for a large number of basic patents in the fields of sugarcane molecular breeding, asexual propagation, biochemical prevention and control, basically realizing global technical protection. The scientific research institutions and universities are the main body of domestic patent application, and patent type direction focuses on the research and development of sugarcane planting, production, processing and other new practical technologies.
