小麦超高产单株种子生产潜力及相关性状的研究

Research on Potential of Grain Yield and Characters Related to It of The Super-high-yield Plant in Wheat

摘要: 为探讨小麦单株种子生产潜力及相关性状特征,以57个不同基因型F2代小麦超高产单株为材料,对超高产单株产量性状、相关性状间的相关、通经和回归关系进行了分析。结果表明:(1)超高产单株(≥80 g/单株)田间选择概率为0.00518%;(2)株穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、结实小穗数、穗粒重和容重与单株产量呈显著正相关,不孕小穗数呈显著负相关,株高、穗长和千粒重相关不显著;(3)株穗数对单株产量的直接贡献最大,决定单株产量的65.33%,穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重、株粒数分别决定单株产量的19.92%、18.15%、13.72%和5.6%。≥80 g/株的单株田间选择概率为0.00518%。

Abstract: To explore the grain production potential and characters related to yield, this paper took 57 plants of F2 different genotypes of super- high- yield in wheat as materials and analyzed the yield characters, the correlation and path and regression between related characters. The results showed that: (1) Selective probability for super-high-yield plant (≥80g/plant) was 0.00518% in field. (2)The ears per plant, the grains per ear, 1000- grain weigh, seed setting panicles, grain weight per ear and grain density were significantly positive correlated to yield per plant, panicles of infertility was significantly negative correlated to yield per plant, and the plant height, the ear length and the 1000-grain weight showed no significant correlation. (3)The ears per plant was the greatest contribution to the grain weight per plant and decided 65.33% of the yield, the grain weight per ear, 1000-grain weight and the number of grains per plant decided 19.92%, 18.15% and 13.72% and 5.6% of the yield respectively. Selective probability for plant (≥80 g/plant) was 0.00518% in field.
