江苏省早熟棉花区试品种皮棉产量性状和试验点鉴别力综合分析

Early Maturing Cotton Varieties in Regional Trial of Jiangsu Province: Comprehensive Analysis of Lint Yield Traits and Testing Sites Discrimination

摘要: 为了科学评价江苏省早熟棉花品种的丰产性、稳定性、适应性及试验点的鉴别力和代表性,本研究运用GGE双标图法对2018—2019年江苏省棉花品种区域试验早熟组的皮棉产量数据进行分析。结果表明,参试品种的皮棉产量受基因型、环境效应及基因型与环境互作效应共同影响,其中环境效应贡献率最高(2018年86.26%、2019年89.28%)。‘中棉425’在2 a试验中均表现出最优丰产性,且兼具良好稳产性与较广适应性;2018年‘湘FZ031’稳产性最佳,2019年‘徐棉638’和‘中棉所50’稳定性突出,‘泗棉1035’则在2019年适应性最广。试验点评价显示,‘徐州’(2018年)和‘大丰’(2019年)具有最佳品种鉴别力与区域代表性。综合分析表明,‘中棉425’为综合性状优良的理想品种,可作为江苏省早熟棉花品种选育与区域布局的重要参考。

Abstract:

In order to scientifically evaluate the yield, stability and adaptability of new early-maturing cotton varieties, as well as the discrimination and representativeness of the testing sites in Jiangsu Province, GGE biplot was used to analyze the lint yield data of the early-maturing group of varieties participating in the regional cotton trials in Jiangsu Province from 2018 to 2019. The results showed that the lint yield of the tested varieties was affected by genotype, environmental effect and genotype-environment interaction effect, among which environmental effect had the highest contribution rate (86.26 % in 2018 and 89.28 % in 2019). 'Zhongmian 425' showed the best yield in the two-year experiment, and had good stability and wide adaptability. In 2018, 'Xiang FZ031' had the best yield stability, 'Xumian 638' and 'Zhongmiansuo 50' had outstanding stability in 2019, and 'Simian 1035' had the most extensive adaptability in 2019. The evaluation of test sites showed that 'Xuzhou' (2018) and 'Dafeng' (2019) had the best variety discrimination and regional representativeness. The comprehensive analysis shows that 'Zhongmian 425' is an ideal variety with excellent comprehensive traits, which could be used as an important reference for the breeding and regional distribution of early-maturing cotton varieties in Jiangsu Province.
