0.005%溴鼠灵小麦毒饵实验室及现场适口性与灭鼠效果研究

摘要:

为探明0.005%溴鼠灵小麦毒饵在中国南方地区的应用前景,本研究对其进行了实验室及现场的适口性与灭鼠效果评估。实验室内以褐家鼠为研究对象,采用有选择和无选择饲毒试验,评价了0.005%溴鼠灵小麦毒饵的适口性及毒杀效果。现场研究采用盗食法测定鼠密度,计算校正灭鼠率。结果显示,0.005%溴鼠灵小麦毒饵对褐家鼠的摄食系数为0.19,表明其适口性一般;无选择性饲喂条件下,该毒饵的致死率达到100%,与0.005%溴敌隆稻谷毒饵的致死率相同,且致死时间没有显著差异。现场适口性及灭鼠效果调查发现,小麦毒饵与无毒小麦的总取食量之间没有显著差异,摄食系数为0.80。现场灭鼠效果评估结果显示,校正灭鼠率为83.76%。综上所述,0.005%溴鼠灵小麦毒饵对中国南方地区鼠害防治展现出潜在的应用可行性。然而,为全面评估其在该地区,特别是在农田休耕时期的实际推广应用价值,仍需开展更为系统的田间药效试验进行验证。

Abstract:

To investigate the application potential of 0.005% brodifacoum wheat bait in southern regions of China, the palatability and rodenticidal efficacy of 0.005% brodifacoum wheat bait in laboratory and field were investigated in this study. A laboratory study was conducted with Rattus norvegicus (Norway rats) to evaluate the palatability and rodenticidal efficacy of 0.005% brodifacoum wheat bait using choice and non-choice feeding tests. Rodent density was measured in the field using the bait consumption method, and the corrected rodent control rate was calculated. The results demonstrated that the feeding coefficient of the wheat bait for R. norvegicus was 0.19, indicating moderate palatability. Under non-choice conditions, a 100% rodenticidal rate was achieved, which was identical to that of the 0.005% bromodiolone paddy rice bait. No significant difference was observed in the lethal time between them. Field investigations on palatability and rodent control efficacy revealed no significant difference in total consumption between the wheat poison bait and non-toxic wheat. The feeding coefficient was 0.80, and the corrected rodent control rate reached 83.76%. In conclusion, the findings of this study indicate that 0.005% brodifacoum wheat bait demonstrates potential feasibility for rodent control applications in southern China. However, further systematic field efficacy trials are necessary to comprehensively evaluate its practical value for promotion and application in this region, particularly during the farmland fallow period.
