乙酰丁香酮在植物转基因研究中的作用

摘要:

分析了从20世纪80年代到2007年间大量的有关乙酰丁香酮对植物遗传转化的影响的文献,涉及范围包括乙酰丁香酮对转化对象的影响方式、对转化率大小的影响以及与其它转化方法等的协同作用等等。此文介绍了受转化对象的基因型、转化方法、加入时机、加入量以及培养基pH值等对乙酰丁香酮的作用效果的影响。得出乙酰丁香酮可提高转化频率、如酸性条件下更有利于乙酰丁香酮发挥作用等结论。分析结果证明乙酰丁香酮在植物遗传转化中起着重要的作用。

Abstract:

The papers has been published between the 1980’s and 2007 in relation to the effect of acetosyringone (AS) on plant genetic transformation, for example, the effect of AS on transformed plants and transformation frequency as well as the interaction between AS and transformation methods, were analysed. Here we discussed the effects on the action model of AS by genetypes of transformed objects, transformation methods, the time and dosage of AS which was added and the pH value of medium used for transformation. From that we can become a conclusion that AS could enhance transformation frequency, acidic cultures also favoured the function of AS, et al. . Based on above, we can indicated that AS plays an important role during plants genetic transformation.
