皇冠草(Echinodorus amazonicus)细胞色素P450相似基因的研究

摘要:

为了研究皇冠草基因组内的细胞色素P450基因或与P450基因相似的序列,根据哺乳动物细胞色素P450基因设计8条引物,以皇冠草总DNA为模板,进行PCR扩增。结果表明:共获得了26条扩增片段,片段长度300~1500 bp;将其中三条片段进行测序,BLAST分析表明这些序列与已发表的16种植物的细胞色素P450基因具有一定的相似性。这表明在皇冠草基因组内存在P450基因或者有与P450基因相似的序列。

Abstract:

In order to study Cytochrome P450 gene of Echinodorus amazonicus, PCR amplification was conducted using 8 primers which were designed according to the gene of mammalian cytochrome P450 genes. 26 amplified fragments were obtained and the length varied from 300 to 1500bp. 3 fragments of them were sequenced. BLAST search analysis revealed that these amplified fragments possessed homologies to other cytochrome P450 genes and proteins in different 16 kinds of plant varieties.
