摘要:

以‘宁杞1号’分化试管苗为试验材料,研究不同光质对宁夏枸杞分化、生根、移栽后的生长情况的影响研究,以此缩短植物组培生长周期,提高组培苗生长质量,为不同光质对其他科属植物的快速繁殖开辟新的捷径,也为光质对植物的影响提供数据支撑与理论依据。结果表明,红蓝比为7︰9的光质对枸杞分化、生根影响最大,分化时间早且分化率高达到96.8%,生根时间短且根数多且壮,生根率达到95.6%。经4天炼苗后移栽到基质为草炭︰蛭石︰珍珠岩为2︰1︰1的穴盘内。25天观察发现红蓝7︰1+白光的枸杞苗生长长势最好,整齐且高而壮;红蓝7︰9次之;红光下根长差达到最大值,说明长波光有利于植物伸长生长;蓝光下枸杞的生长变化不大,说明短波光对枸杞生长影响较小;综合分化生根及移栽结果,得出红蓝比为7︰1+白光的组合光质为宁夏枸杞生长的最适宜光质。

Abstract:

Using differentiated test tube seedlings of ‘Ningji 1#’ cultivar as experimental material, we investigated the effect of different light spectrum on wolfberry differentiation, rooting, and growth after transplantation. We hope this research could shorten production cycle of plant tissue culture, enhance the quality of tissue seedlings, provide shortcut to fast propagation of other plant species, and offer theoretical basis and data support for the effects of light spectrum on plant growth. The results showed that the 7:9 ratio of red and blue light quality had the greatest impact on Lycium barbarum differentiation and rooting in vitro, for the differentiation was earlier and the rate reached 96.8%, the rooting had more number and strong, the rate reached 95.6%. After 4 days transplanting to the matrix which mixed with the turf︰vermiculite︰perlite in 2︰1︰1. Observed after 25 days, the red and blue 7︰1 + white seedlings grew best, tidiness and high strong; followed by red and blue 7︰9; root length reached the maximum difference under the red light, that indicated the long waves promoted the plant extension length growth; their root fresh mass and root length decreased under blue light, which showed short wavelength light had less impacts on Lycium barbarum growth; comprehensive the differentiation, rooting and transplanting, we obtained the results for the 7︰9 ratio of red and blue was the most appropriate light quality on growth of Lycium barbarum.
