小分子胶原多肽的抗氧化活性研究

Study on Antioxidation Effect of Small Collagen Peptide

摘要:

为了研究小分子胶原多肽清除DPPH?自由基、羟自由基(-OH)的能力和抗氧化的能力。采用体外DPPH?自由基和羟自由基(-OH)清除系统测定小分子胶原多肽清除自由基的能力;建立D-半乳糖致衰老的模型小鼠,测定小鼠血液及肝脏组织内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,1000 kDa以下胶原多肽(CP1)组分在10 mg/mL浓度时,对DPPH?自由基的清除率为80%;40 mg/mL时对-OH的清除率为91.56%。与模型组相比服用CP1的小鼠血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.01);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著升高(P<0.05)。表明小分子胶原多肽具有显著的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:

To study the scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical and DPPH? and antioxidant capacity of small collagen peptide (CPI). DPPH? and hydroxyl radical scavenging system was adopted to evaluate the scavenging effect; The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood serum and liver tissue in D-galactose treated mice were analyzed. The results showed that the scavenging ability of DPPH? radical was 80% in 10 mg/mL level and the scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical was 91.56% in 40 mg/mL level. Malondi-aldehyde (MDA)content revealed a significant decrease in serum and liver (P<0.01) and Super Oxidase Dimutase (SOD) and Glutathione Per-oxidase (GSH-Px) activity revealed a significant increase (P<0.05) than model group. Small collagen peptide (<1000Da) has obvious antioxidant activity.
