Cr、Co、Pb 单一胁迫对浮萍SOD、POD、MDA的影响

摘要: 为了探讨重金属Cr、Co、Pb对浮萍SOD、POD、MDA的影响,用水生104有氮培养液培养浮萍为研究材料,在培养液中分别加入Cr6+、Co2+、Pb2+,每种重金属离子设置五个浓度梯度,培养六天后测SOD、POD、MDA变化。研究发现:单一胁迫下浮萍三种生化指标呈现规律性变化,重金属离子浓度在较低水平下,浮萍通过自身防御系统能有效抵御重金属伤害;当Cr6+、Co2+、Pb2+离子浓度分别超过1.5mmol/L、0.8mmol/L、0.5mmol/L时,浮萍受到金属离子伤害不可修复。

Abstract: To study the effect of metal icon Cr、Co、Pb on SOD、POD、MDA in Lemna minor, we culture Lemna minor in Aqua NO.104 nitrogenous medium by adding metal icon Cr、Co、Pb in different concentration course, respectively. After six days cultivation, we detect the change of the SOD、POD、MDA content. The results showed that under the single stress the SOD、POD、MDA can vary regularly. The Lemna minor can effectively resist the damage of these metal icons through theire own defense system in very low concentration, however, when the Cr6+、Co2+、Pb2+ concentration is more than 1.5mmol/L、0.8mmol/L、0.5mmol/L, Lemna minor cannot repair the damage caused by it.
