Response and Molecular Mechanisms of Plants to Enhanced UV-B Radiation

摘要: 总结归纳了近年来 UV-B辐射增强对植物形态特征、 生理生化特性的影响及其分子机制等方面的相关研究, 具体分析了 UV-B辐射增强对植物生长发育的影响、 DNA的损伤与修复、 光合作用的变化及抗氧化系统和次生代谢的响应。分析表明 UV-B辐射的增强不同程度地影响了植物的生长发育和生理生化特征, 同时植物也激活了相应的保护机制以维持各种生理生化活动的正常进行。最后对 UV-B辐射增强相关领域未来的研究方向提出了展望, 期望为研究植物对 UV-B辐射的适应策略和机制提供理论基础。

Abstract: In this paper, many recent studies on the morphological and physiological characteristics and the molecular mechanisms of plants exposed to the enhanced UV- B radiation were summarized. Moreover, the effects on plant growth and development, DNA damage and repair, photosynthesis, antioxidant system, and secondary metabolism were analyzed in detail. The previous studies showed that the morphological and physiological characteristics of plants exposed to the enhanced UV-B radiation were influenced to different degrees, while some protective mechanisms were also activated to maintain the normal performance. In addition, some issues worthy to be further studied in this field were put forward, which could provide theoretical basis and practical guidance on investigating the response mechanisms of plants to the enhanced UV-B radiation.
