不同种植密度对夏季日光温室空心菜生长的影响

Effect of Planting Density on Growth of Summer Water Spinach in Greenhouse

摘要: 为研究在夏季空闲日光温室内不同种植密度对空心菜产量、品质的影响,试验设4个种植密度,分别为20 cm×15 cm、20 cm×10 cm、15 cm×15 cm、15 cm×10 cm,研究空心菜的生长量、产量及品质在不同种植密度的变化规律。结果表明,在夏季日光温室内种植空心菜,不同种植密度对空心菜产量及品质都有一定的影响,以20 cm×10 cm的种植密度最好,其生长量最高,产量最高,且可以降低硝酸盐含量,增加可溶性蛋白、Vc、干物质的含量,使品质达到最好。说明在日光温室内种植空心菜并不是密度越大或是越小,空心菜的生长量和产量越高、品质越好,只有在适宜的种植密度情况下,才能同时获得较高的生长量、最高的产量和最好的品质。

Abstract: To study the effect of planting density on yield and quality of summer water spinach in the idle greenhouse, 4 planting densities, 20 cm×15 cm, 20 cm×10 cm, 15 cm×15 cm, 15 cm×10 cm, were employed in the experiment to investigate the variation of production, yield and quality of water spinach. The results showed that different planting densities had a certain influence on yield and quality of summer water spinach planted in greenhouse. The water spinach at the density of 20 cm×10 cm obtained the highest production and yield, and possessed lower nitrate content and higher soluble protein, Vc, dry matter content which improved the quality. Therefore, the large or small planting density of water spinach can not acquire high production, yield and quality. Only with an appropriate planting density, water spinach can obtain higher production, yield and the best quality at the same time.
