生物菌剂处理蘑菇覆土对产量性状和菌群多样性的影响

Effect of Microbial Agents in Mushroom Casing on Yield Characteristics and Microbial Diversity of Agaricus bisporus

摘要: 为了解覆土层中喷施菌剂后对微生物多样性及蘑菇产量的影响,试验采用生物菌剂处理双孢蘑菇覆土并持续观察其对子实体、覆土层微生物多样性的变化。结果表明:采用喷施基质活化剂A和喷施植物生长调节剂B 均可以增加蘑菇产量,两者单一使用和混合使用分别比对照增产2.89%、7.27%、9.22%。各处理对第1 潮菇的单菇重量影响不大,但与对照相比显著提高第2、3 潮菇的单菇重量。同时变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析表明,生物菌剂处理使蘑菇覆土层中的微生物群落更加丰富。

Abstract: To study the effect of microbial agents in mushroom casing on yield characteristics and microbial diversity, microbial agents were used to deal with Agaricus bisporus casing, and the continuous effects on fruiting bodies and microbial diversity of mushroom casing were observed. The results indicated that spraying both substrate activator A and plant growth regulator B could increase mushroom yield. Using substrate activator A alone, plant growth regulator B alone and the two together increased mushroom yield by 2.89%, 7.27% , 9.22% respectively compared with the control group. Each treatment had little effect on single mushroom weight of 1st flush, but significantly increased the single mushroom weight of 2nd and 3rd flush.Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) analysis showed that using microbial agents made microbial community of mushroom casing more rich.
