水稻耐低钾变异后代的根系生理研究

摘要: 以室内苗期低钾介质中筛选出的10个耐低钾变异后代和其对应的5个接受外源DNA导入的水稻亲本为材料,比较研究在正常钾和低钾两个水平下的根系生理,发现在低钾条件下耐低钾后代的根长、根干重均比其受体要大,根系活力比其受体要强,表现出受缺钾影响较小的特性。

Abstract: Ten K deficiency tolerant rice materials and five recipients are cultured in nutrition solution. Under low potassium supply, root length and dry weight of the K-deficient tolerant rice are longer and higher than their recipients. The K-deficit tolerant rice root system activity has been greater than that of their recipients.
