不同施钾水平对丹参生理特性的影响

Effects of Different Potassium Application Levels on Physiological Characteristics of Salvia miltiorrhiza

摘要:

以丹参为试验材料,研究了不同施钾水平(0、75、150、225 kg/hm2)对丹参生理特性的影响,为丹参钾肥的合理施用提供理论依据。结果表明:施用钾肥可降低丹参MDA含量,当施钾量为150 kg/hm2时,丹参MDA含量最低;施用钾肥可提高丹参SOD、POD、CAT活性,在施钾量为150 kg/hm2时,丹参的SOD和POD活性显著高于其他处理,CAT活性也处于较高水平,说明适量施钾可通过提高丹参体内的保护酶活性,抑制膜质过氧化作用,减少MDA的生成。丹参叶绿素含量随着施钾量的增加而先升高后下降,当施钾量为150 kg/hm2时,丹参叶绿素含量最高,叶片衰老迟缓。

Abstract:

The effects of different potassium application levels (0, 75, 150 and 225 kg/hm2) on the physiological characteristics of salvia miltiorrhiza were studied to provide theoretical basis for reasonable application of potassium fertilizer. The results showed that potassium application could reduce the MDA content of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The MDA content was the lowest when potassium was applied at 150 kg/hm2. Potassium application was beneficial to increase the activities of SOD, POD and CAT of Salvia miltiorrhiza. At the potassium application level of 150 kg/hm2, the activities of SOD and POD of Salvia miltiorrhiza were significantly higher than that of other treatments, and the activities of CAT were also at a higher level, which indicated that proper application of potassium could improve the activity of protective enzymes, inhibit membrane peroxidation, and reduce the production of MDA. The chlorophyll content of Salvia miltiorrhiza increased first and then decreased with the increase of potassium level. When the potassium level was 150 kg/hm2, the chlorophyll content of Salvia miltiorrhiza was the highest, the speed of leaf aging was slow.
