不同种植密度对昭通金沙江流域茄芯烟叶产质量影响

摘要:

本研究旨在确定昭通金沙江流域雪茄烟茄芯品种‘云雪39号’的最佳种植密度。通过大田试验,以固定行距110 cm,株距分别设定为35、40、45 cm的3种不同密度进行对比。考察了不同种植密度对‘云雪39号’生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、抗病性、烟叶外观质量、化学成分以及产质量的影响。结果显示,在行距110 cm,株距40 cm的种植密度下,‘云雪39号’表现出最佳的田间农艺性状,自然发病率低,鲜烟叶外观质量和产值量均适宜。晾制后的烟叶品质最佳,总氮含量和氯钾比与哥伦比亚、尼加拉瓜等地优质雪茄产地的茄芯品种相近,其中冷杉醇含量最高,达到了0.09 mg/g。得出昭通市金沙江流域的雪茄烟茄芯品种‘云雪39号’,推荐行距为110 cm,株距为40 cm的种植密度。

Abstract:

In order to explore the optimal planting density of cigar filler tobacco variety in Jinsha River basin of Zhaotong, field comparison test was conducted with ‘Yunxue 39’ as the test material, and three different densities of row spacing of 110 cm, plant spacing of 35 cm, 40 cm and 45 cm. The effects of different planting density treatments on the growth period, botanical characters, agronomic characters, disease resistance, tobacco appearance quality, chemical composition and yield quality of ‘Yunxue 39’ were studied. The results showed that when the planting density was 110 cm row spacing and 40 cm plant spacing, ‘Yunxue 39’ had the best field agronomic traits, lower natural incidence in the field, more suitable appearance quality and output value of fresh tobacco leaves, and the best quality of tobacco leaves after drying. The total nitrogen content, chlorine and potassium ratio were similar to the cigar filler tobacco varieties from Colombia, Nicaragua and other high-quality cigar producing areas. The highest content of abiethanol was 0.09 mg/g. Therefore, the suitable planting density for ‘Yunxue 39’ in Jinsha River basin of Zhaotong City is 110 cm row spacing and 40 cm plant spacing.
