外源水杨酸对提高黄瓜萌发种子抗冷性的效应

摘要: 以黄瓜(津优40号)种子为材料,研究了不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)溶液(0.00g/L、0.01g/L、0.05g/L,0.1g/L、0.15g/L、0.2g/L)浸种对黄瓜萌发种子抗冷性的影响。结果表明,该试验条件下所有浓度的SA均能提高黄瓜种子发芽率(GR)、发芽指数(GI)和活性指数(VI);提高黄瓜萌发种子的过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,降低膜脂过氧化的程度和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,提高了黄瓜萌发种子对低温胁迫的适应性;在10℃低温胁迫条件下,外源SA的最适宜作用浓度为0.05g/L。
