不同木薯品种生长后期衰老生理特性研究

摘要: 试验研究了5个木薯品种生长后期,叶片过氧化物酶 (POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MAD)含量随叶片衰老的动态变化。结果表明:10月份木薯膨大期各品种过氧化物酶活性变化略有不同,11月份随着木薯不断成熟各品种过氧化物酶活性呈逐渐增大的趋势;过氧化氢酶活性随着木薯的不断衰老呈下降趋势;超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量在木薯膨大期呈上升趋势并随着木薯的成熟逐渐下降。各衰老指标综合比较,5个品种抗衰老能力次序为:GR891>巴西种>SC124 >南洋红>GR911。

Abstract: The activity change of peroxidase(POD), superoxidedismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde(MAD) in five cassava varieties during the senescence of cassava were by studied . The result indicated that the activity change of POD was different in cassava swollen period in October, with maturity of various cassava varieties the POD activity were constantly increased in November; the CAT activity descended with cassava maturity ; the SOD activity and MAD content went up in the cassava swollen period, and went down with cassava maturity. The synthesis comparison of various senescence index, the order was GR891>Baxizhong >SC124 >Nanyanghong>GR911.
