超级杂交稻与常规稻剑叶维管组织结构比较研究

摘要: 以3个超级杂交稻组合P88S/0293、Ⅱ优明86、两优培九并结合三系杂交稻汕优63、常规稻湘州8号为对照材料,在抽穗期通过对各材料剑叶维管组织石蜡切片显微结构比较分析,发现超级杂交稻组合中负责光合同化产物运输的维管束数量多,承担有机物运输的韧皮部面积在整个维管束面积中占较大比例,其有利于光合产物的有效运输;供试各超级杂交稻组合植物维管组织结构具有明显的C3植物特征,在同化物运输有关的一些方面具有优势。

Abstract: The microstructure characteristics observed and analyzed between three super hybrid rice combinations: P88S/0293、Ⅱyou ming 86、Liang you pei jiu , using 3-line hybrid rice - Shanyou 63 and conventional rice - Xiangzhou 8 as the check by paraffin method in the heading stage. The results show that the number of vascular bundles of the three super hybrid rice combinations excess the number of Shanyou 63 and Xiangzhou 8 and phloem area/ vascular bundles area(Pl/Vb) of three super hybrid rice combinations is obviously higher to that of check The microstructure construction of the super hybrid rice is propitious to the transportation of the photosynthesis production. At the same time, the microstructure characteristics of the three super hybrid rice combinations belong to the characteristics of the C3 plant, they had advantages to transportation of the photosynthesis production in some microstructure characteristics
