摘要： 生态文明是人类社会发展的必然选择，新农村生态文明建设是我国经济社会发展的重大战略目标，我们要从各个方面着手，采取积极措施，推进新农村生态文明建设的进程。

Abstract: Ecological civilization is the inevitable choice for the development of human society. The new rural ecological civilization construction is the significant strategic target in our country’s economy and society development. We should take positive measures from each aspect to promote the new rural ecological civilization construction process.
