基于GIS的安徽省气温数据栅格化方法研究

摘要: 在区域农业气候资源评估中,需要利用空间插值技术,得到整个区域的气象要素分布。本文以安徽省79个台站1971~2000年气象观测资料中的平均温度为数据源,采用多元回归结合空间插值方法,对气温数据进行栅格化。比较反距离权重法(IDW)、普通克立格法(Kriging)和样条函数法(Spline)等三种目前应用广泛的空间插值方法对气温要素插值的精度。交叉验证的结果表明:3种方法的MAE的排序为IDW<Kriging<Spline,RMSIE的排序为IDW<Kriging<Spline,总体来看IDW方法优于Kriging和Spline方法。

Abstract: Spatial interpolation of climate data is frequently required to provide input regional agricultural climate resource assessment.In this paper,based on regression analysis combined spatial grid interpolation,the spatial interpolation methods of Inverse distance weight(IDW),Kriging,Spline and combined method are utilized for the comparison study on spatial interpolation of year mean air temperatures from 1971 to 2000 in the anhui province.Based on the mean absolute errors(MAE) and Root Mean Squared Interpolation Error (RMSIE) from cross-validation tests,the methods were ranked as IDW<Kriging<Spline for interpolating mean temperatures.On the whole,IDW gives lowest errors.
