益生乳酸菌Lactobacillus plantarum P-8在规模化养殖中对肉鸡生产性能和鸡肉中盐酸林可霉素残留的影响

Lactobacillus plantarum P-8 Affecting Growth Performance and Lincomycin Hydrochloride Residues of Broilers in Scale Breeding

摘要: 以益生乳酸菌植物乳杆菌P-8饲喂肉鸡,研究其在规模化养殖中对肉鸡生产性能、粪便pH及吲哚和粪臭素含量、抗生素盐酸林可霉素残留的影响。选择18万只1日龄AA肉鸡为研究对象,随机平均分为3组,对照组为基础日粮 盐酸林可霉素(3 g/t);试验组1为基础日粮 植物乳杆菌P-8 盐酸林可霉素(3 g/t);试验组2为基础日粮 植物乳杆菌P-8 盐酸林可霉素(1.5 g/t)。试验结果表明:试验组肉鸡成活率、出栏重和饮水量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组肉鸡粪便pH、吲哚和粪臭素含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组鸡肉中的盐酸林可霉素含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此表明,植物乳杆菌P-8在大规模肉鸡养殖过程中具有减少抗生素用量、改善肉鸡生长性能和养殖环境等特点,有利于肉鸡养殖业的持续健康发展,在健康养殖领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum P-8 on the growth performance, fecal pH and content of indole and skatole, lincomycin hydrochloride residue of broilers in the scale breeding. 180000 one-day-old commercial broilers (Arbor Acres, AA) were randomly divided into three groups with 60000 chickens in each group. The chickens in the control group were fed the basal diet, and those in the two test groups (group 1 and group 2) were fed the basal diet and L. plantarum P-8. Lincomycin hydrochloride was added in the basal diet of three groups for 30 days and the addition was 3, 3 and 1.5 g/t for the control group, group 1 and group 2, respectively. The results showed that the survival rate, average weight and water consumption of the two test groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the feed conversion ratio of the two test groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the two test groups (P>0.05). The fecal pH and the content of indole and skatole in chicken fecal of the two test groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two test groups (P>0.05). The lincomycin hydrochloride residue in chicken of the two test groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two test groups (P>0.05). In conclusion, L. plantarum P-8 is advantageous in reducing the dosage of antibiotics and improving the growth performance and breeding environment in the scale broiler breeding, and it is of benefit to the sustained and healthy development of poultry breeding, and will have a wide application prospect.
