包被复合微量元素对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、粪便微量元素含量及小肠黏膜形态的影响

Coating Compound Trace Elements Affecting Growth Performance, Fecal Trace Elements Contents and Intestinal Mucosal Morphology of Yellow Broilers

摘要: 试验旨在研究包被复合微量元素对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、粪便微量元素含量及小肠黏膜形态的影响。选取375羽1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每重复15羽。第Ⅰ组为对照组,基础饲粮中添加常规微量元素;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础饲粮中添加200、300、400、500 mg/kg包被复合微量元素。试验期为4周,测定肉鸡生长性能、粪便微量元素含量及小肠黏膜形态。结果表明:试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组与对照组相比,料重比差异不显著,但Ⅱ组的料重比与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),各组间的平均日增重、平均日采食量差异均不显著。Ⅱ组粪便中Fe含量较对照组有显著性降低(P<0.05),Cu、Mn、Zn含量极显著降低(P<0.01);Ⅲ组粪便中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn含量较对照组均极显著性降低(P<0.01);Ⅳ组中的Fe、Mn含量较对照组均极显著性降低(P<0.01);Ⅴ组中的Mn、Zn含量较对照组均极显著性降低(P<0.01)。Ⅳ组同对照组相比,十二指肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著性提高(P<0.05)。在黄羽肉鸡配合日粮中用包被复合微量元素代替常规微量元素可减少配合饲料中微量元素含量而不影响肉鸡生产性能,并可减少其粪便中微量元素含量,提高十二指肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值,其适宜用量为300~400 mg/kg。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of coating compound trace mineral on growth performance, fecal trace mineral content and intestinal tract morphology in yellow broilers. [Method] 375 one-day-old yellow broilers were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 15 chicks per replicate. Group Ⅰ as Control group was fed basal diet with conventional trace mineral. Group Ⅱ to Ⅴ were fed basal diet with 200 mg·kg-1, 300 mg·kg-1, 400 mg·kg-1, 500 mg·kg-1 coating compound trace mineral. The experiment lasted 4 weeks. The growth performance, fecal trace mineral content and intestinal tract morphology of yellow broilers were tested. [Result]The results were showed as followed. The feed-weight ratio of yellow broilers of group Ⅲ compared with control group was not significant, so as the group Ⅳ and groupⅤ. The feed-weight ratio of yellow broilers of group Ⅱ improved than the control group(P<0.05). The differences of average daily gain and average daily feed intake of each group were not significant. Compared with control group, trace mineral of group Ⅱ decreased iron(Fe) of fecal trace mineral content(P<0.05) and copper (Cu), manganese (Mn) and zinc (Zn) decreased significantly(P<0.01). Group Ⅲ decreased the content of Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in fecal trace mineral significantly compared with group Ⅰ(P<0.01). The content of Fe and Mn in the fecal trace mineral of group Ⅳ decreased significantly compared with groupⅠ(P<0.01). The content of Mn and Zn in fecal trace mineral of group Ⅴ decreased significantly compared with groupⅠ(P<0.01). The crypt depth of duodenal of group Ⅳ reduced significantly (P<0.05)and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth significantly increased compared with groupⅠ(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Conclusion, rations of yellow broilers used coating compound trace mineral instead of conventional trace mineral can decrease the content of trace mineral and didn’t affect the growth performance of yellow broilers. It can decrease the content of trace mineral in fecal and promote the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of duodenal. The appropriate additive dosage was between 300mg·kg-1 and 400mg·kg-1.
