摘要：

基于“钻石理论”，对陕北果业集群进行深入分析和重新定位,从而找出应对金融危机之策。通过产业集群的创新活动，促使产业集群竞争优势中淡化、衰退的因素逐步被新的优势竞争因素取代是产业持续发展的动力。通过陕北果业集群的创新，协调集群内部各环节的发展，保持持续的竞争优势是陕北果业集群健康发展的关键。

Abstract:

A deep analyzing and re-orienting is based on “diamond theory” for Shannxi Northern Apple Industry Groups, in order to find out the answer about the global financial crisis. It is improved the competitive advantages by replace desalting and recessionary factors to new standing development dynamic factors via the innovative actives of the industry groups. Though assorting with interior functions involution, keep ahead to healthy develop the Shannxi Northern Apple Industry Groups.
