紫锥菊、黄芪提取物合剂对IBD雏鸡免疫器官指数及部分血液生化指标的影响

The effect about immune organ index and biochemical indicators of blood for used the extractive of Echinacea purpurea and Astragalus in chickens following experimental IBDV infection

摘要:本实验通过对21日龄雏鸡接种传染性法氏囊病病毒,来制造传染性法氏囊病病理模型。14日龄时开始灌服紫锥菊、黄芪提取物合剂(药物混合配比:紫锥菊黄芪比例为1:3),连续灌服7天,观察雏鸡免疫器官指数变化差异及血液生化指标动态变化。试验结果:用药各组免疫器官指数与对照组相比有不同水平的显著差异;血液生化指标中Ast/Alt用药各组与阴性对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),这说明紫锥菊、黄芪提取物合剂对机体免疫有显著增强作用,能显著降低传染性法氏囊病病毒对机体造成的损伤,从而有利于该疾病的防治,提高疫苗预防效果。

Abstract:

Abstract:The chickens made the mode that infect IBDV on 21 days old. Before infection, the extractive of Echinacea purpurea and Astragalus membranaceus(Fish.) Bge.in difference concentrations are durative fed for 7 days on the 14 days old by gavage. The drug mixed ratio is 1:3 of Echinacea and Astragalusratio.The aim is to clear the differences in immune organ index and the dynamic changes of blood biochemical parameters after fed Echinacea purpurea, Astragalus .The result claimed that group F is significant than others. About biochemical indicators of blood, the Ast / Alt is significant differences at the P<0.01 level between Treatment group with group E. Means that Echinacea purpurea、Astragalus significantly reduced IBD in chickens infected with the damage caused by the body and effect to prevent the disease, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of vaccine-preventable.
