摘要:对云南9个产茶区的不同台地茶和老树茶的香气成分进行提取,通过GC-MS分析以后,经过对不同台地茶之间、不同老树茶之间、台地茶和老树茶之间的香气成分含量对比分析,得到一些结论,同时认为不同台地茶和老树茶的香气成分含量各有不同,不能简单的从成分含量的高低来判断普洱茶的优劣。

关键词: 蚓粪, 蚓粪, 水溶性有机物, 黑麦草, 生物量, 根系

Abstract:

Abstrate:In this paper,the aromatic constituents of Tableland tea and Oldplant tea of 9 areas of Yunnan are collected ,which are analysed by GC-MS.We can get some results by comparing the quantity of the aromatic compounds through the Tableland teas、the Oldplant teas and between the Tableland teas and the Oldplant teas of 9areas of Yunnan. We find the quantity of the aromatic compounds is different ,and cant’s simply judge which one is better than others by the quantity of aromatic compounds.
