不同药剂处理对石栗种子发芽率及苗木质量的影响

Effect of different pharmacy treatments on seed germination and seedling quality of Candlenut Tree

摘要: 在恒温条件下(24。C),利用一定浓度的赤霉素、硝酸钾、GGR、ABT1对石栗干种进行浸种催芽播种在沙床上,以干种直接播种的为对照,研究了不同药剂处理对石栗发芽率及幼苗地径、根系生长、生物量分配以及生理质量指标的影响。结果表明:以200mg/L赤霉素溶液浸泡时间为24h的种子,其发芽率最高,可达到54%;其次为2000mg/L的硝酸钾溶液浸泡时间为24h的种子,发芽率达到32%,与对照相比,都达显著差异。根据生长指标和生理指标测定出用100mg/L的GGR6#溶液浸泡24小时的种子生长的幼苗苗木质量较好,其次200mg/L的赤霉素溶液浸泡24h的处理;苗木质量最差的是用2000mg/L的硝酸钾溶液浸泡24h的处理。

Abstract: the test The effect of different pharmaceutical treatment on seed germination, seedling diameter, growth of root, biomass allocation and physiological quality index of Aleurites moluccana(Linn.) Wild was studied. After soaking with a certain concentration of GA, KNO3, GGR and ABT1, seeds were sown in the sand bed. Meanwhile, dry direct seeding was the comparison. The results showed that the germination rate of 200mg /L GA for 24h was the highest, up to 54%. This was followed by soaking in 2000mg/L KNO3 for 24 hours, the germination rate reached 32% . These were significant different from the comparison. The quality of seedling were detected on the basis of growth and physiological indicators. Soaking in 100mg / L GGR6 # for 24 hours showed the best quality, followed by 200mg/L GA for 24 h. The worst treatment was 2000mg/L KNO3 for 24 hours.
