11种丙基酚类物质对朱砂叶螨的杀螨活性

摘要:

分别采用玻片浸渍法和叶片浸渍法在室内测定了11种丙基酚类物质对朱砂叶螨的杀螨作用,结果表明,百里香酚、香芹酚、丁香酚和3-甲基-4-异丙基苯酚等4种酚类物质对朱砂叶螨具有很好的触杀作用,24 h的校正死亡率均在90以上;百里香酚对朱砂叶螨的卵孵化具有明显的影响,处理后4 d的卵孵化率仅为16.22%,显著低于对照及其它处理;产卵抑制试验显示百里香酚、香芹酚和丁香酚对朱砂叶螨具有显著的产卵抑制作用,其抑制率均在80%以上。

Abstract:

The direct contact activities of eleven Propyl-phenol against the adults and eggs of Tetranychus cinnabarinus and oviposition inhibition against female adult mites were examined under the laboratory condition by slide-dip and leaf-dip method, respectively. The results showed that thyme, carvacrol, eugenol and 3-methyl-4-isopropyl phenol had strong contact effect against Tetranychus cinnabarinus that their correct mortality rates were above 90% after 24 h. Thyme had obvious effect on the egg hatch of T. cinnabarinus, the rate of egg hatch were only 16.22%,which is significantly lower than those of the control and other treatments.Thyme, carvacrol and eugenol had significant oviposition inhibition activity against T. cinnabarinus female adults, the rates of oviposition inhibition were above 80%.
