高产多抗玉米及其相关育种技术专利检索情况分析

摘要: 为配合国家发展改革委员会实施生物育种高技术产业化专项工作,开展了此项专利调研工作;作 者检索了自1996—2007 年公开或公告的涉及高产多抗玉米及其相关育种技术的专利申请及授权专利, 并对上述专利检索数据进行了统计分析,试图从专利申请角度揭示高产多抗玉米及其相关育种技术的 发展历史和总体情况;结果显示,在玉米育种方面,高产多抗玉米育种仍然是国内主要的育种方向,并显 示出了较强的优势;另外,在育种相关技术方面,常规杂交育种技术以其经济实用、简单易行的特点仍然 是国内常用的育种技术

Abstract:

Intention to cooperating with the national development and innovation committee to carrying out the bio-breeding industrializated investigation, carried out this patent investigation work; searched patent applications and accredited patents involving high yield & resist maize breeding and breeding technique which publication date or patent publication date were from 1996 to 2007; moreover, statisticed and analysed the patent search date; the result showed that high-yield & resist maize breeding still was primary direction, and routine crossbreeding technique was still majority technique.
