Abstract: In order to further regulate the administration and raise the management level of specialized farmers’ cooperatives, and construct the main body of management to accelerate rapid and sustainable development of agriculture and husbandry in Tibet, based on the present situation and achievement of specialized farmers’ cooperatives in Tibet, the existing problems and restrictive factors including the non-standardized operation mechanism, the unbalanced benefit distribution and the weak connection of profits were analyzed. According to the theory, policy and system of specialized farmers’ cooperatives, some measures and suggestions were proposed to promote a sound development of the cooperatives in Tibet, including improving cognition and enhancing guidance, integrating resources and developing intensively, perfecting mechanism and management, strengthening support and promoting training and service.
