Abstract: Mongolian Mushroom is a well-known wild edible fungus in Inner Mongolia grasslands. To achieve its artificial cultivation, in this paper, using Mongolian Mushroom secondary mycelia as experimental material, using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technique to study the effects of low temperature on Mongolian mushroom laccase activity and its gene family transcription level . The results showed that the laccase activity of Mongolian mushroom secondary mycelia was generally high; with the prolongation of culture time, laccase activity was generally decreased ; low temperature stimulation could affect the transcription of Mongolian mushroom laccase gene family in varying degrees .Mycelia were treated for 10 days at 10 ℃, it can significantly improve the expression levels of Mongolian mushroom laccase genes , the main contribution is lacc1, lacc4, lacc8, lacc10, lacc11. The results can be accumulated data to realize Mongolian mushroom artificial cultivation in the future .
