Abstract:

To find out the effects of phosphorus fertilizer content and soil type on rice seedling quality, root morphology and nutrient uptake, taking the mid-late maturing variety ‘Liaojing 401’ as the test material, we chose 3 soil types: loamy soil, clay soil and sandy soil, and studied the effects of 6 phosphorus fertilizer and soil type combinations on rice seedling quality by using the method of split block experiment. The results showed that: the rice seedlings cultivated by low-phosphorus clay and high-phosphorus clay had the best quality and root morphology, which was more conducive to the growth of seedlings; the phosphorus fertilizer amount of 2.5 g/pot could meet the rice absorption of phosphorus fertilizer, indicating that the proper amount of phosphorus fertilizer is helpful to cultivate robust seedlings.
